中英文對照扣壓機(jī)，壓管機(jī)使用說明和注意事項
1、使用前應(yīng)先檢查機(jī)器電源電壓（380V），并有良好的接地。
Please check the supply voltage (380V) of the machine and good earthing before starting it.
2、開機(jī)應(yīng)先檢查電機(jī)是否與油泵轉(zhuǎn)向一致，開始工作前應(yīng)使油泵空轉(zhuǎn)十分鐘，見機(jī)器正常后方可工作。
Check whether the engine and the oil pump run at the same direction before startup, keep the oil pump idle for 10 minutes until normal running before working.
3、系統(tǒng)壓力不得超過油泵額定壓力（31.5Mpa）,出廠前已調(diào)好，用戶不必調(diào)整。
System pressure shall not exceed the rated pressure pump (31.5Mpa), the factory before the tune is good, users do not have to adjust.
4、油箱內(nèi)加足符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的液壓油并加至油箱3/4處(約40L)，液壓油要每半年更換一次。
Enough hydraulic oil up to the standard shall be filled up in the oil tank at its 3/4 position (about 40L); and the hydraulic oil shall be replaced each half year.
5、由于各廠家生產(chǎn)的接頭及套皮有一定差距，在扣壓時應(yīng)根據(jù)實際情況合理選用模具，及調(diào)整微調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu)。
For different joints and jackets produced by producers, moulds shall be reasonably selected to crimp them according to the situations，and adjust the fine-tuning institutions
6、應(yīng)根據(jù)實際情況合理選擇，點動、自動。

7、保修期內(nèi)如出現(xiàn)故障請及時與廠家聯(lián)系，用戶自己拆裝及人為損壞不在保修范圍。
Please timely contact us for any fault occurred under warranty; users’ assembly & disassembly and the damage for misusage are beyond the scope of warranty.
8、特別說明：Special Note
（1）接通電源，點動、自動液壓起動按鈕，看電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向、油泵是否供油，如轉(zhuǎn)向不對，則反接電源線。

（2）將點動、自動按鈕旋轉(zhuǎn)至點動位置，手動按“扣合”按鈕，機(jī)器開始扣壓，至前端后再按“開?！卑粹o，退回原位，反復(fù)幾次。

（4）點動、自動的調(diào)整：

I、單件生產(chǎn)時，將“點動、自動”按鈕旋到“點動”位置，將裝好的管件放入模具內(nèi)，按“扣壓”按鈕到合適尺寸。松開“扣壓”按鈕，按“開?！卑粹o，模具打開拿出管件即可。

II、小批量生產(chǎn)時應(yīng)將“點動”按鈕旋到“自動”位置，調(diào)整微調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu)，放上管件按“扣壓”按鈕進(jìn)行扣壓，到前端微調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu)自動發(fā)信號，進(jìn)行開模，取出管件。（如扣壓的管件沒壓到尺寸，請將微調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu)向外扭，使模具前移；反之相反方向調(diào)整，直到調(diào)整適合要求為止）。
